Spec the Master Builders system
We confirm the structure, the loads, the chemical exposure and the warranty target, then specify the MBS line, MasterSeal, MasterTop or MasterFlow, that the project actually needs.
Prep and reinforce as required
The substrate is mechanically prepared, repaired and reinforced where the spec calls for it, and primed with the MBS primer designed for the chemistry above.
Build the system to MBS protocol
We install the full MBS system, primer, body, topcoat or grout, in the published sequence and lift thickness, with mix ratios verified on site.
Cure and complete the project file
Each layer cures to MBS schedule, performance is verified where the spec requires, and a project file with data sheets and as-built notes is handed over.
